Funnies: September Wrap-Up!

Still catching up on September and here I go with a list Megan's funnies.  I had a list of notes running on my phone so I hope I remember the context of all my notes!

This one is easy.  It's Alexa, Dawn and Megan with "Hear no evil, Speak no evil, See no evil".

And the girls being goofy of course!

Next photo is Princess Megan and her Prince Charming dancing at the ball.  Or as my brother would say, "Beauty and the Beast".  So clever you are, Kevin!  I thought this was simply precious!

Being tough is hard for little kids trying to figure out the world.  Megan always has to ask the question, "When you were a little girl?" or "When you were a little boy?"  Somehow if John or I experienced similar things growing up it makes it a lot easier on her knowing we went through the same thing.

Megan loves it when we "play along" with her when playing Hide 'n Seek.  Both parties always know where the other is usually right away but she likes it when we pretend that we don't.  She tells us we need to "Remember to look everywhere"

I love this little saying Megan's preschool teacher says to the kids... "Lock your ears & Zip your mouth"  It totally works!

Megan says, "Are we going to the field trip to milk?"  No, but we are going to Kwik Trip!

Megan likes to put both hands behind her back holding a surprise for us on occasion.  I think it's cute because she says, "guess which kind of hand it is!"

John and I had a date day to a Twins game for one of their last home stands of the season.  I was telling her about Mommy & Daddy's outing.  She replied in the most sincere tone, "Oh, that will be nice for you guys!"

I had just come back from Anheuser-Busch visit and was excited to see that Megan and my mom had vacuumed out my car while I was gone.  As we were driving away from my mom & dad's I told Megan that her doing that was like a present to me.  She quickly corrected me by saying it was a surprise, not a present....  Silly Mommy!

As I was using the bathroom downstairs one day Owen had wandered in on me, opening the door.  John assured me that he was not looking.  Megan was not as thoughtful with a quick reply of, "But I AM!"

I was going a little too much multi-tasking one day.  Trying to make three different things for lunch and then clean at the same time.  I was attempting to make Megan some Easy Mac.  I measured everything out and put the noodles in a bowl and into the microwave.  Soon I smelled something burning.  Only I can ruin Easy Mac by not adding the water and microwaving dry noodles!  Megan told me not to worry because there might be some people that like burnt noodles, even if she doesn't.

We had a big laugh at Owen one morning as I dropped him off at my parents' house.  He right away went right to the refrigerator and had us open it up.  He insisted on us getting down the pickles from the top shelf and eating them for breakfast!  Breakfast of champions?
