Last Sunday the Lewis/Lorenz clan went to Como Zoo together for Becca's birthday. It was a gorgeous day but we all could have done without the massive crouds. I guess you could say it was a zoo! We had a fun day overall and Megan tolerated everything very well. Grandma Lewis, John and Megan all wore their Del Sol color changing T-shirts. A few of Megan's favorite thing was splashing in the water beds right outside the zoo entrance, smelling the flowers in the botanical gardens, and riding the carousel at the end. This was her second trip to Como Zoo this summer and I think she enjoyed the animals more the first time since they were closer to the fences and were pretty active. After we made it through the zoo we headed to the picnic area for a picnic and lawn games.
